Pool House
The Pool house can be used as 2 separate units or opened up as one whole house. 3 bed 2 bath total, two story home with laundry room roof deck built in deck and pool and lots of country charm. Directly across from the Big Yellow House. The Pool House can be bundled in with The Yellow House And everyone gets the pool to play in! Weekly rentals only.
Team (yellow) House
The Yellow House is directly across the street from the Pool House. 100 feet away from the local park & playground, The Yellow House offers 9 separate 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units. 16 bedrooms 9 bathrooms in total. Add the pool house and make it 20 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Accommodate up to 55 people comfortably. Sleep the whole team or family in style.
Little House
The Little House is a small 2 bedroom 1 bath private home on a private lot located on the same street as the Cooperstown Dreams Park.
NEW (yankee) House
The New House or "Yankee House" is also directly across the street from the Pool House. 100 feet away from the local park & playground, with its own large deck to grill and lounge on, off street parking directly next door to the Team House / Yellow House. The New House offers 3 bedrooms, a large living room, brand new eat in kitchen and bunk room. Or it can be split into a 2 bedroom unit and separate 1 bedroom unit. Beautiful addition to the team package or a fine private home for the week.
